Here are some of the questions I posit in the podcast--
1) What sustains our Mission? —
What inputs do I need to invest into my mission and vision to give it the energy and strength to go forward?
When my mission and vision is ‘tired’ or even “hangry”—what do I need to do to get it revived, even resuscitated? Could I track this, much like you would enter data into a food or exercise log, to see if I can notice trends which make my mission more OR less effective, energetic, and empowered?
2) And...The more important question,
Does our mission sustain us?
Is my mission a burden?
Does my mission and vision sap my strength?
When I spend time and energies towards the fulfillment of my mission and vision am I empowered or exhausted?
Or
Does thinking about my mission fire me up?
When I ponder my vision and trajectories do I get excited and enthused?
As I put time and talent towards my mission and vision, am I growing and being strengthened?

Today, I am continuing with part 3 of my reflections on “Your Mission in Times of Uncertainty.”

Who am I ?
Who do I want to be?
What do I need to do to go from who I am to who I want to be?
Where am I?
Where am I heading?
What changes to I need to make in order to put my mission as a priority?
How can I better involve my team, my family, my community, my faith, in my mission and vision?
